These transactions usually take place outside the structured environment of formal venture capital or angel investment networks. The data analysis reveals that the overall rate of informal investment, capturing the data by gender uncovers a disparity in participation rates. This variation in investment amounts highlights a broad participation in informal investment activities, with investors in Ukraine showing a wide range of financial commitments for the specified year.
