Owned by Reliance Industries Limited (RIL), the Crude oil throughput of public sector refineries increased at a CAGR of 2.84%, from 108.03 MMT in FY07 to 178.88 MMT in FY25. At the same time, crude oil throughput of private sector refineries recorded growth at a CAGR of 5.64%, from 33.43 MMT to 89.73 MMT.
