5、關於中國管業China Pipe Group Limited(the“Company”)and its subsidiaries(collectively referred as“China Pipe”or“Group”or“we”or“us”)commenced its business in 1949 as a retail shop of pipes.The Group has now developed into a large-scale enterprise.On 21 December 2000,the Group became a listed company on the M

6、ain Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.With a deeply rooted foundation in Hong Kong for 75 years,we have been the mainstay of the industry.The main business of the Group is import and sale of various pipes,fittings and other related accessories products covering various kinds of materi
