3、nternational Software Group Company Limited Interim Report 20222Share Option SchemesShare option schemes were adopted by the Company to encourage and reward the contribution of eligible persons to the Company.Eligible persons include employees,directors,partners,consultants,suppliers and customers o

4、f the Group.Pursuant to the share option scheme adopted by the Company at the extraordinary general meeting on 11 July 2005(the“2005 Scheme”)and the adjustment made due to the bonus issue and the refreshment on the scheme limit in 2011,an aggregate of 529,501,600 share options were granted,of which

5、320,723,193 share options were exercised and 203,594,907 share options had lapsed since its adoption.Hence,5,183,500 share options remained outstanding as at 30 June 2022.During the six months ended 30 June 2022(the“Reporting Period”),3,706,000 share options were exercised,2,762,500 share options ha

6、d lapsed and no share options were granted and/or cancelled.At the annual general meeting of the Company convened on 8 May 2015,the Company terminated the 2005 Scheme and adopted a new share option scheme(the“2015 Scheme”)with a validity period of ten years.The remaining life of the 2015 Scheme was
