3、ion of GSRC.SummaryAs the new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation gains momentum,digital and intelligent technologies have emerged as a crucial engine for boosting productivity,upgrading supply capabilities,and unlocking growth potential.Across the Global South,there is a

4、 broad recognition of the vital role these technologies play in development,and countries are actively seizing opportunities to speed up their digital and intelligent transformation.Yet,rapid technological progress is also challenging the traditional comparative advantages of many Global South count
